The owner was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help and open to our wishes. She also takes wonderful care of many cats, which gives the place a warm, special atmosphere. Our room was a good size and clean enough, and the quiet, calming area made for a relaxing stay. We paid extra for laundry, and our clothes came back clean and fresh. We were very satisfied and would happily stay again.

The room was clean and well maintained, with just a little mold in the bathroom from the high humidity. This seems common in Phuket and difficult to avoid completely. The lady at reception was especially helpful and made a real effort to keep guests comfortable and happy. Even after checkout, we could leave our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt well cared for.

Our room had a kitchen for cooking, plus a balcony with a lovely city view. The room was spacious, and the location was okay, just a little walk to Patong beach.

There are plenty of massage places nearby, plus a 7-Eleven, and the beach is close. Tour pickups were easy too. My room was clean and got cleaned often. The location and price both worked well for me, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

Managed by Marsha, Elegant Patong is a simple, neat, practical place that gives great value. I've stayed at several luxury and 5-star properties across Thailand, sometimes paying 10-20 times more, and this is one of the best places to stay in the Patong area for what I need. A clean room, comfortable bed, and bathroom are enough for me, since I spend most of my time out and only come back to sleep. They also have wash-and-dry facilities, two-wheeler rental shops in the same lane, and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's ideal for me.
