The gym is spacious and has plenty of equipment, and there’s another pool connected to it. The main pool is big and lovely too. It’s a peaceful, clean place with a fresh, stylish feel, and the workers are good. There’s a 7/11 close by. The building can sometimes smell of sewage, though the workers will give you drain cleaner for free. You can hear some noise through the walls, but the soundproofing is still okay.
There are people coming and going all the time, so it’s hard to tell if this is meant to be a condo or a hotel. It looks nice, and residents are allowed to park inside, which is good. If they dealt with the illegal rentals, it would be a nice place to stay.
This is a condo where families live, not a party hotel, so people need to be able to sleep at night. Residents pay rent and follow the rules, yet they’re the ones who end up dealing with the disturbance while people who cause it carry on. Illegal rentals and those ignoring the house rules should face some kind of penalty. The staff are doing their best to enforce the rules, and it’s good to see positive changes. They’ve started acting on partying in the apartments after 10 pm. If you want to party, go to a bar instead of keeping people who live here awake.
The pool is really nice and clean, and the room is nice too. The hallway is plain. Parking is too limited, and security is just normal.
People stay out on their balconies until 2 or even 4 in the morning, talking loudly or partying. We can't sleep after 10 pm.
