I thought it was a good place, but the agency handling the AirBnB booking overcharged me for electricity and water. My bill came to 3,400 baht, even though I usually pay 1,500 baht a month. That’s an absurd difference. Be careful if you book through AirBnB for a place with overseas ownership and local management. I won’t get caught by this again.

What’s the point of having house rules if nobody follows them after 10 pm? People are out on several balconies until 2 or 4 in the morning, talking really loudly or partying.

We come back to this condo for a month each year, and this is our third year in a row. We stay in a one-bedroom unit, and everything has been perfect. It's quiet, tidy, and the security is excellent. There’s also a cafe with Thai, Russian, and European food at affordable prices.

The Amazon Residence property has four buildings and all the amenities needed for comfortable living. It’s a little away from Pattaya’s cultural attractions, though not too far to be a serious problem. The sea is around a 10-15-minute walk. There are construction sites and empty lots nearby. Overall, it works well for a budget holiday, whether you’re staying a couple of days or longer.
