B2 Hotel South Pattaya Premier Hotel

The receptionist girl deserves 10 out of 10. The boy at reception was unfriendly and racist. He welcomed other guests warmly but didn’t treat us the same way, like he had two faces. It was the worst customer service I’ve had in Thailand.

The area is quiet, and I could hear birds even during the day. The beach, Buakhao​, and Walking Street are all within walking distance, and there’s good motorcycle parking. The bathroom was good, with a spacious shower behind a door. Room service was excellent and the room was clean. The only downside for me was the bed being too soft, though I’m tall and heavy. 555

The bathroom was disgusting. I brought my own shower filter, and after two showers, before even a full day had passed, it was filthy and needed changing. The pipes are dirty, and there was mold and drain flies in the shower. The room and reception were run down and dirty. There’s no air conditioning at reception, and the man at the front desk was rude and dismissive. He wouldn’t give us a second key card, even though my friend and I had different schedules and the card is needed for electricity. The cleaner had left the balcony door open, so the room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. It took reception more than 20 minutes to send someone with bug spray. She came with chips in her hand, sprayed a little from outside, and didn’t even enter the room. We had to buy our own spray. There’s construction beside the hotel, so it’s noisy even in the morning, and there are no signs warning guests. I really don’t recommend this place. There are definitely better nearby hotels.

The room was filthy, with hair and bits of debris tucked into the gaps around the bed. There was black mold in the bathroom, and the furniture had sharp edges that felt unsafe.
