The building is nice, but the service needs work. They should get towels organized and improve the cleaning routine. The location is a bit challenging too. Maybe offering free transport would help attract tourists.

The breakfast felt like a waste of money, and the staff weren't good either. The place wasn't clean, and they even put laundry in the lobby. Pathetic service.

The room was extremely dirty, with marks on the sheets, lots of dirty spots, and used shaving blades in the bathroom. It's also a long way from the city. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The room was okay, and at around 600 THB it was good value for a budget stay. I heard that a few guests had trouble checking in. The main drawback for me was the distance from Pattaya Beach, since you'll need Grab or Bolt to get there. I wouldn't recommend it if being near the beach matters.

The new room has all the options and is good for the price. The staff were very good, too. It's right by the motorway, though, so there's noise.
