Emerald Palace was a joyful place to live. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door with fresh food every day, plus nice restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The staff were professional and always ready to help make things comfortable. The grounds are well kept, with a swimming pool and sauna. I spent a year in a studio condo here, and it was excellent. It was extremely quiet day and night. Even with my music turned up inside, I couldn’t hear it outside the door, thanks to the giant fish tank water pumps. They created the best sound cancellation I’ve experienced in a condo. The neighborhood felt very safe and well looked after, and the walk around the area was soothing. People were out walking from as early as about 5:00 a.m. through late at night. Several people who bought newer, shinier condos told me they wished they’d chosen Emerald Palace instead. The rooms here were larger, and you couldn’t hear people talking in the next room.
