The food is very good, and service is quick and attentive in this atmospheric restaurant. Most people probably aren't coming for fine dining, haute cuisine, or fancy style, just good food. Try one of the strong Belgian beers before you leave, and ask for advice because not all of them are on the menu.
We had a really pleasant evening and will definitely come back to try more. The daily special came with homemade soup, a slice of dark bread, and, today, a scoop of ice cream for dessert. The pork schnitzel with fries and salad was standard quality but well prepared, and I liked that they served mayonnaise. The imported beef filet was tender, and the sauce Diane was amazing. You can pick from several other sauces and choose your potato; the croquettes were light and fluffy. The terrace is a nice setting, with overhead fans and pleasant music. It's just off Thappraya (bhat bus route), tucked away from the street noise. Service was excellent. They offer Belgian beer, including some on draft, and the Belgium-influenced menu has quality food at reasonable prices. They also post weekly specials on their FB page.
I found a nice spot just off Thrappaya road, with the feel of a local European bistro. The food's good and not expensive, and the house red wine went well with my osso buco. I'll be back.
It's on a very quiet street close to the main road from Pattaya to Jomtien. The food is very good for the price, and the staff are friendly. They have a mix of farang and Thai, and a special Manny Belgium Beer. I'd recommend making a reservation.
