H. Boutique Hotel

You can walk to the beach, night markets, malls, clubs, and food courts, and there’s a government cannabis pharmacy and a 7/11 right beside the hotel. The management is efficient, the staff are customer friendly, and the housekeeping team works hard to keep guests comfortable. Honey Boutique Hotel is one of the best in its class. It has a lobby bar, swimming pool, and restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in a good spot, with the beach nearby, and the rooms are quite spacious. Most of my stay was good, but two room problems made it a bit of an ordeal. On my second day, the air conditioner started leaking and water spread across the room, leaving everything wet. I told the staff, and they said they would arrange a repair. I was concerned it could be dangerous if electricity came into contact with the water. The bathroom door also got stuck and wouldn’t open after several tries. It finally opened, and the wood seemed to have swollen from the moisture in the room.

The noise never let up, and the staff were completely unhelpful. The rooms were very dated and dirty, especially the bathroom, and the customer service was terrible. There are plenty of better budget hotels in this area, so I’d definitely stay at one of those instead.

The hotel staff were great and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast, though, was appalling. The hotel was tied into a contract, so the terrible breakfast wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
