The managers are kind and pleasant, and the condominium is clean and quiet. I rented a first-floor room for 7,000 baht a month, with a 7,000 baht deposit. They deduct 500 baht for room cleaning when you leave, plus 300 baht for water and 8 baht per unit of electricity. For now, I think the quality is fair for the price, and I hope the terms stay the same so I can return and update this to five stars. The room is humid, though the air conditioner is well maintained. It's dated, its dry mode doesn't work, and using it cold consumes more than a new unit would. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The room has a bathroom, a small terrace and a small window, plus a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with several drawers, one stool, TV, table with two chairs, large refrigerator, and clothes horse. Two towels, sheets, and pillows are provided, and the Wi-Fi is fast.

You get what you pay for. The A/C was strong, the fridge was big, and the bed was comfortable. Internet speed was okay, but it cut out now and then. The doors need weather stripping to keep the cold air in and bugs out. The open shower leaves the whole toilet area wet and is a pain to clean, unless you don't mind the dampness and humidity afterward.

It feels very much like home. The apartment is very good, the location is very good, and the staff behave excellently. But the bed is bad and really noisy.
