The beach is just a minute away, which is great for a walk at night. Rooms are super clean, and the staff are really friendly. There are also shops and restaurants nearby for everyday needs. I’d recommend it.

Getting to the beach takes under a minute, around 70 meters, and the quiet alley location makes for peaceful nights. The beds are surprisingly big and soft for a budget place, and the staff are friendly, helpful with local advice, and quick to sort out room issues. There’s also a fisherman's market with fresh seafood if you walk right from the hotel between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. The building is older, and even with some renovated areas, you may see peeling paint or smell musty carpets in the halls. The AC can be loud and slow to cool the room; TV reception and WiFi may vary by floor. Parking is scarce, with just a handful of spots out front, so you might have to use the street or a nearby alley. It’s a 3-star property at the quieter southern end of Jomtien Beach, often seen as good value for people who want to be near the water without central Pattaya’s "Orange" chaos. Breakfast is basic, there’s no pool, and the hallways could be cleaner even though rooms are generally spotless. For the price, it’s a convenient, quiet beach stay, though it isn’t a "Red" luxury resort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were kind, breakfast was enough but nothing special, and the beach is very close. It feels like a good deal for the price. At first, though, the old carpets and furniture made me think the place was dirty. It’s clean, just well-worn, so don’t expect everything to be modern.

The photos give a misleading impression. The corridors feel like something out of a horror movie, and the staff were very rude. I left five days before my booking ended. I wouldn’t stay here.
