LK Metropole Hotel Pattaya

The rooms are a bit worn, and some tiles are falling off the pool wall, but everything still works. Breakfast is good. The Empress, the sister hotel, seemed a little better. The location is great for farang nightlife.

I had two small issues during my stay, and the hotel fixed both right away. The service was great, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nice. The pool is small but clean, and there are good connections to the beach. It’s a good four-star hotel in central Pattaya, near Soi Buakhao, the next 7/11, and plenty of bars and restaurants.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Metropolitan twice in the past few weeks, both times in a superior room, and I’ll absolutely be back. The rooms are very clean, the shower has strong pressure, and the air conditioning works just right in Pattaya’s heat. The pool feels like an oasis, and breakfast is fresh, varied, and nicely presented. The team is what really makes the place. From reception to the breakfast and pool staff, everyone is warm and attentive. Noi at reception deserves a special mention. Her lovely smile and heartfelt welcome whenever I arrived or left really warmed my heart. She made both stays feel like coming home and showed the spirit of Thai hospitality. For comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service, I highly recommend it.

The room was good, with a shower and bathtub, and the swimming pool was good too. There’s a fitness center, they offer massage at the hotel, and they arrange taxi service. At breakfast I asked for a glass of ice. She said there was no ice, then came back with a glass and said there wasn’t any more, which left me confused.
