Lovely pools, a nice cafe, and a beautiful condo.

Good value, and cheap.

The gym is excellent, and the pool is deep enough for adults, with a separate one for children. But the pools aren't cleaned often, and you end up swimming among flowers and leaves, even if the water doesn't look dirty. The café is pleasant, though it's often hard to sit quietly, and there are lots of families since prices are reasonable. This place is fairly nice in the holiday season. In bad weather, the flimsy shutters don't hold and water gets into both the bedroom and balcony. The balconies are tiny, and people upstairs often drop ash onto them. Thin soundproofing and noisy air conditioning also make it hard to relax. There are many people from CIS countries. For a long rental, it suits someone budgeting 6,000 to 15,000 rubles. I wouldn't pay more for a long stay, but for 1-3 months it could work.

It's clean and quiet, with parking for bikes and cars. The condo has a large 150m pool with a children's area, plus a gym and cafe on site.
