For the same price, we could have stayed somewhere much nicer. The facilities are very outdated, there were no basic toiletries, the air conditioner was old, and the TV didn't work at all. Absolutely not worth the cost and highly not recommended.

The photos aren't accurate, and the room was terribly old. I don't think anything had been rebuilt in 50 years, just painted about 10 years ago. I booked a good room and got a bad one, and asked for smoke-free but the smoke smell was awful. There was no safe, kettle, bathroom glass, hair dryer, or soap. At least there was toilet paper and water, but there was no staff around. One person was handling the pool cleaning, room cleaning, and reception. I paid 1850 through Agoda, and that makes me unable to trust Agoda again. Never again. I wouldn't stay there even for free.

The toilet had yellow urine stains, so I asked to change rooms. The replacement had the same stains. I booked three days but left after one. The place was dirty, staff were nowhere to be seen, and the manager had an attitude problem.

We were just waiting outside the hotel for a taxi, doing nothing wrong, no drinking or smoking or other issue. The owner was very rude and literally told us to leave HER land for no reason. Very sad :(

You can walk to the beach in about 80 meters, and Central Beach Festival Pattaya is very close too. There's a 7Eleven around 20 metres away.
