It's in the middle of Jomtien, just a 2min walk to the sea, and the rooms are a nice size. The building isn't properly maintained, with mold in the aircon and plaster coming off the walls. Wifi is very slow. The lovely pool on the 6th floor used to be a plus, but update, it's no longer being maintained.

The hotel itself is good, with good rooms and friendly staff. Still, I had an incident at reception that put me off coming back. My friends and I were having a good time when the manager started shouting at me because of that.

Peeling furniture and water seeping down the wall make the place feel neglected. There’s also an old building behind the hotel that homeless people used to live in. The hotel itself is old, smelly, and dirty, and feels far too expensive for what you get around here.

The rooms are large, though when the place is busy you can hear doors slamming pretty loudly. Thai Tastic on YouTube approves.

I stayed here for a few months, but it’s a poor choice if you need quiet, especially at night. People bang the doors, noise from the pool carries through the whole building, and the parking garage is so dark it needs lighting. The place is old, the paint is coming off the walls, and it really needs updating. For this price, you can find somewhere much better if you look around.
