Goy was the staff member I spoke with most, and she was an amazing host who made the place feel like home. The whole team was extremely friendly and did everything they could to help with what I needed. I spent two weeks here in Pattaya and loved it. It's clean and quiet, set back from the main road but still close to most of the city activity. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm back. Highly recommended.

They treated us like a source of money. We were only 30 minutes late checking out, but they charged us 100 baht, which they'd already taken in advance from the 500 baht. They also kept knocking on the door every five minutes. Worst people I've ever dealt with in Thailand.

The room was average, but the walls were in terrible condition, with yellow stains so unpleasant they made me feel like vomiting. The shower setup was faulty and leaked water all over the bathroom floor while I was using it. The woman at the counter was aggressive and unprofessional, so be cautious. Make sure you have proof of your booking and the number of people included. They claimed our reservation was for three, though we'd booked for five. Luckily, I had proof and avoided being overcharged. This was not a happy experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

After 9 PM, they charge 100 baht if you need help or want to check in, which was the worst part of this stay. The rooms are small and don't look like the booking site photos. Their rules and conditions make things difficult for guests. I don't recommend this accommodation. There are many better places in Pattaya at similar prices, so choose carefully.
