The rooms are spacious, large, and have a very modern design. Staff are friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The rooftop pool is a great feature, with a roomy BBQ deck where you can eat, drink, and chill. I'll definitely visit again.

The rooftop pool was clean, and the street below our windows stayed quiet despite our worries. Everything was quick and well organized, and all the equipment worked. The room, sheets, and utensils were properly clean too. Kimmy really is a marvelous host. I'd recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and ready to assist with anything. There’s no room service, so you’ll need to take care of things yourself, but the apartment has all the facilities in the room, including a small kitchen set up with an induction cooktop and utensils. It was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, and not expensive at all. I’d happily stay here again if I return to Pattaya.

Kimmy manages the property and is so attentive that she makes you feel like part of the family. The internet was fast, and everything in the room worked, which hasn’t been true of other places I’ve stayed. This was my best condo experience in Pattaya, and I’d definitely come back.
