I’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels from Africa to Europe, and this one ranks number one for bad manners. It looks like it was built over a shop. During my 10-hour stay, I hit my head on the ceiling, and it seemed like most of the floors had the same problem. There were insects all over the floors, no safety box, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Checkout was at 12 noon; we were 10 minutes late and got charged 100 Bath extra. The online booking showed 800 bath, but they charged 1000 bath. The staff seemed unprofessional and didn’t understand hospitality. The owner is from India and seemed rude. Honestly, hotels in African countries are better than this. Please avoid staying here.

The room was nice and the price was good, but the area around it was dirty and noisy. Communication was difficult because the staff barely spoke English. When we needed to call a Thai number, they didn’t really help us.

We stayed here on our Thailand trip, and it was worth the price. The staff were really nice, there’s a swimming pool on the terrace, and they also have an Indian restaurant attached.

The AC wasn’t good, and the receptionist was very rude, with no idea how to treat guests respectfully. This is the worst hospitality experience I’ve had so far. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Avoid this hotel. The staff were the worst I’ve encountered, and I wouldn’t bring a family here. There was a cockroach in the room, a broken tap, and the rooms are small. Better to sleep on the road than stay here.
