The Orient Resort & Spa by PSR

I’ve been living in this wonderful condo for a year and a half, and I’m so grateful to the owners, the management company and every employee. The whole team is great, from security onward, and they make the place feel orderly, cozy and homey. Whenever I have a question, they help me sort it out right away. Just to be clear, this isn’t a hotel. The apartments are privately owned. The staff are helpful and quick to respond, and everything is well maintained. There’s a lovely inner garden, pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna available. The house is close to everything, in a great spot near Pattaya’s dynamically developing Jomtien Beach. It has a special atmosphere, and I’d like to share some photos of a beautiful apartment.

I’ve lived here for nearly a year. The property is clean and well maintained, and Khun Poeng on staff can speak English and help. But if you’re buying a condo, check every corner carefully. If you ask them to fix something, they may not do it in good faith. With the developer, it seems to be all about money, not the Orient. Renters should compare prices, since agents quote different amounts. The Central fee also needs to be paid on time. If you don’t pay, they don’t care that you’re a co-owner and won’t let you park inside. They may charge a penalty, then still let you park in the building. The Orient condominium doesn’t seem to make allowances for unit owners who haven’t paid the Central fee. Ask for something and they’ll politely turn you down, though maybe they’d be nicer if you paid on time. There’s no favor or public relations for people who buy a unit. I’ve only used the pool once and the gym once. Foreigners like to be treated well, especially when they buy a unit there.

The shared facilities include a pool, jacuzzi, gym and small sauna, and they’re kept clean and well maintained. Built in 2018, the place has 35 sq ft rooms as well as 78 sq ft rooms. It’s good value in my opinion, with local shops within walking distance and Jomtien beach road not far away.
