BE AWARE, I say the owner and reception lady are scammers. They asked me for extra money that wasn't on the bill. When I asked where it came from, they said that if I spoke any more, they had people in immigration and a copy of my passport in the building, and would tell immigration something so I wouldn't get a visa. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL LIARS.

The building has old bones, but it's in a great location. Renovations are happening gradually, and it has good potential.

It's a quiet spot, with the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars, a night market, and Pattaya Water Park all within walking distance.

Thep thip The thief mansion This was a terrible stay and a huge frustration. The room was the worst quality I've had so far. There was hair all over the bed, lots of cockroaches, and a chemical smell that had lasted more than two weeks. The window and toilet had problems too, among other things. Asking for help went nowhere, and neither did asking for a solution or compensation. No empathy or feeling from them, just robots. They only care about money.
