The rooms are nicely kept and look good, and the staff were warm and accommodating. Right in central Pattaya, too, so getting around to everything is easy.

The room I ended up staying in was clean, nicely finished, and had everything working. It was on the fifth floor, which wasn't ideal, but the balcony faced a peaceful green patch with trees. Getting to that room took some back and forth. I booked a “standard room” earlier this year, only to find a filthy unit that smelled of mold, with stained walls marked up like someone had drawn on them, stained and holey sheets and pillowcases, a grimy old bathroom and kitchen, and battered furniture and cabinets. I couldn't believe it cost nearly $60 a night in Pattaya. I told the two women in the VTSIX office I wouldn't stay there. The other “standard” room they showed me was nearly as bad. We spoke frankly and calmly about canceling and contacting Expedia, then they offered me a room in the next price bracket and we sorted it out. The cleaning staff also never came before noon and always seemed to show up while I had company or was working online. Honestly, that was really annoying.

The calm atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway, and the staff were a big part of that. They were so helpful throughout our week at VT6, always happy to assist with anything we asked, and greeted us warmly from the moment my three friends and I arrived. We never heard “no.” As Indians, we were also glad the food at the in house kitchen suited us so well and tasted like home. Every day felt memorable, and we're already planning to return. We highly recommend VT6 for a Pattaya stay. Looking forward to next time!

We found check-in and check-out very easy, and the receptionist was kind and lovely. A friend mentioned that the room next door was noisy from 2am to 5pm. Staff said they would take action and make sure it didn't happen again. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable enough bed and a balcony looking out over the ocean and city. It had a fridge, electric stove, microwave, TV, sofa, table, fan, and AC. They provided shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The shower was quite small, though it didn't bother us much. The condo was clean, the lift stayed clean too, and they gave us free water. Security guards were friendly and seemed attentive, rather than just sitting around. The beach is directly in front, with Central plaza mall and 7-11 right beside the condo, which made things very convenient. This place deserves its five stars. Everything about it was amazing.
