Pimp made our stay especially easy. She was incredibly helpful with tour bookings, taxis, and figuring out bus options to Chumphon for our ferry. The room was comfortable and the internet worked well. The hotel is right in the middle of Phang Nga, with a 7-Eleven, markets, and some decent restaurants nearby.

The rooms themselves were clean, and the hotel is in the middle of town. There's a large parking area and a self-service laundry just across the street. Our group booked two ground-floor rooms, and both had a constant, really strong sewer smell.

We stayed for five lovely days. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby along with a laundry service. The location worked really well, and the reception staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Everything felt fresh and well cared for in this new hotel. The rooms were spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were high quality. I liked the neat, stylish design, too. Staff welcomed me warmly and were keen to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient for popular attractions and places to eat. I'd recommend it to anyone after a new, luxurious place to stay, and I'm curious to see how it develops.
