The Bliss Khao Sok Boutique Lodge

We had a medical issue with one of our kids, and the owner and staff treated us like family. Their care was exceptional. The bungalows are spacious, and the location is quiet, away from the busy main street but still only a few minutes’ walk from everything. We highly recommend The Bliss Boutique Lodge.

The team made us feel so comfortable and cared for that we left feeling rested and renewed. Ning and her staff were outstanding and went out of their way for us. The Bliss sits in a lovely spot by the river, away from town but close enough to walk to several restaurants. The little touches really made it feel special. Our new room was spotless, and the bed was supportive and comfortable. There were several kinds of tea and homemade cookies. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Asia, with fresh sourdough, homemade carrot and lemon cake, fresh fruit preserves, eggs made to order, real granola, and an actual croissant. It reminded me of Paula Dean from the cooking channel making it all. Even the passion fruit juice was top quality. I’d give The Bliss six stars if I could. The staff at The Bliss were attentive, helpful, and really friendly. Breakfast was very good, and several restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The comfortable bungalows sit in a lush tropical garden, making this a peaceful place to unwind in the rainforest. You can book activities for the following day at reception.

I’d stay here again if I returned to Khao Sok. The rooms were clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked reliably. Breakfast had lots of choices, including homemade jam, and the staff were very professional.
