Average prices, poor service, and they kept checking up if payment was even +/-30 minutes late. The power would be cut overnight if you were just a couple of minutes late. I left immediately despite having paid for the full night, and when I asked for my money back, I was threatened with the Tourist Police and promised less than half of what I'd paid. Very bad attitude, and the pretty advertising is misleading.

After seven nights, the service and the location were the biggest problems for me. The roads leading there are remote and muddy, and the staff had a terrible attitude toward foreigners. When we paid late to extend our stay, they cut the electricity. I didn’t feel safe and wouldn’t recommend it. There are much nicer places on the island for a lot less.

There’s not much around the hotel, and getting to the nearest restaurant meant walking along a muddy road. Dogs in the lobby barked through the night and kept me awake. The staff were friendly, but I still wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We left as soon as we saw the hotel and the area around it. It’s in a very remote spot, the walkway felt scary, and there were lots of street dogs with nothing available nearby. This was the worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your money like we did.

The people were nice, but the hotel seems new and still has a long way to go before it’s finished. The room and mattress smelled musty, and the air-conditioning didn’t work. Maybe it’s okay for a quick one-night stay, but no longer.
