The reception staff were okay, and the bedroom seemed clean, but the bed was hard. Cleaning staff noise woke me, and they drilled into the wall without letting the customer know.

I spent two weeks here in a fan room on the third floor and was very satisfied overall. It’s a cozy, clean place in an old building, and good value for money. They brought fresh white towels, sheets, and drinking water every day. The WiFi was the one letdown, it was very weak.

The location made it easy to get around, with all kinds of options nearby, and the price was very affordable. We stayed nearly six days in the center of Old Buket Town. Our room had air conditioning and a balcony, and housekeeping cleaned it daily, changing the sheets and towels and restocking water and napkins each day. If it’s your first time in Thailand and you want an affordable base while you explore, I’d definitely recommend it.

I booked a room for 500bht, then was told they were full and asked to pay more for an upgrade. I’d already waited 30 minutes in the lobby before they told me. The WiFi was terribly slow too, I could barely use social apps normally.
