Kaijiew, Nual, and Yui were especially wonderful, always friendly and attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience feel extra special. I had a lovely stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the relaxing atmosphere and good organization made everything pleasant. I'd happily return and recommend the hotel! 💛

Ploy and Seamon were so kind and helpful while my husband and I were dealing with important visa documents. They went out of their way to print and copy what we needed, and made a stressful situation much easier. We really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We spent three days at Oceanic Sportel Phuket and had a wonderful time. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and a convenient location for exploring Phuket. We'd highly recommend it and would be happy to stay again.

The room was comfortable, clean, and clearly well looked after, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. Nual, Fah and Kaijiew were especially kind and attentive, always ready to help. I had a lovely stay and would gladly come back on another visit.

Yoomi at the front desk made us feel at home right away and shared useful local tips. The pool was spotless and a 10/10 for kids, while breakfast earned a solid 8.5/10. Rooms were roomy too, around 9/10. Just remember to bring a toothbrush, since there wasn't one in the room. We had a great time and would recommend it.

The hotel is wonderfully quiet, which made it easy to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the massage therapy they offer. My room was clean and comfortable. Phuket's well-known beaches are a bit far away, though, so you’ll need transportation. Still a very pleasant stay.
