Rules feel inconsistent, with some residents held to them while others seem to get a pass. Complaints go nowhere because management is hard to reach, communication is poor, and nobody takes responsibility. The maintenance fees are very high, yet they don't cover even basics like the gym or pool. It feels like collecting money matters more than making this a decent community. There's little order, respect, or transparency, and living here is stressful. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I needed a room quickly because of a visa appointment in Phuket and rented room 96/394 through the broker/agent shown in the screenshot. The room already had some damage, and the bathroom drain didn't work well because the floor was uneven. Soon after I moved in, the aircon stopped working. I told the agent right away, but she didn't respond and even told me to stop messaging her about the room, although she was responsible for the situation. My Thai colleagues eventually called her and got a technician, but it still took at least 3/4 days. It felt like the agents stopped caring once they got their share. I've never had an experience like this while living in BKK. The jurists were quite nice, including the Uncle at the Tower 1 Entrance. Some Tower 3 security guards seemed indifferent to what was happening around them. One young man stayed focused on his phone even as stray dogs followed tenants and barked at them. The drinking water refill machine only accepts 1 BAHT coins, and they have to be totally new. Otherwise, the coins come back out.

We really like this place. It's clean, quiet even though it's next to the highway, and has 24-hour security guards. The location is great too. The only downside is that internet isn't provided, so you'll need your own pocket Wi-Fi. That's easy enough to get, though. 10/10 overall.

After more than a month of living here peacefully, my car was clamped without warning or an explanation. The rules seem unclear and are applied inconsistently, which is confusing and frustrating. Management is difficult to find, communication is poor, and issues don't get resolved. It feels more like a money trap than a home. The maintenance charges are extremely high, but don't include access to basics such as the gym or pool. Residents deserve someone who will take responsibility and manage this place properly. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere before choosing this condo. 👎
