The room itself was in terrible condition. It smelled awful, the window was broken, and snack wrappers left by someone else were scattered under the bed. They should look after their own facilities before talking about hygiene. I was there when the towel incident happened, and the stain absolutely wasn't blood. She has red hair, so some hair dye had simply transferred onto the towel. The woman at reception immediately treated us with suspicion, picked a fight and suddenly demanded 500 baht while shouting. She told us to wash the towel ourselves and even threatened to call the police if we didn't pay. The whole thing felt unfair and unbelievable. I still don't understand why they wanted 500 baht for one stained towel that would clearly come clean with normal washing. I'm genuinely angry that they used a towel stain as an excuse to try charging guests an excessive fee. Be very careful if you stay here. I'll never come back.

The road noise was so bad we couldn't sleep peacefully the whole stay. The place is very old and needs serious renovation. Our bathroom was a disaster, with a broken shower and tap, plus mould. The bed felt like a rock, almost like sleeping on the floor. This isn't somewhere I'd choose for a vacation. Avoid it.

I stayed with my family, my wife, our 9-year-old child and an infant, from 17th to 20th mar h 2026. The hotel is a mess. It's also far from attractions in pagong, with at least a 25-minute walk to any key attraction in patong. We paid in advance through agoda for three nights and had no other option but to stay in the ground-floor room they gave us. It had no ventilation and felt suffocating. They ignored our request to change rooms. For daily cleaning, staff usually came around 6pm and wouldn't come earlier, saying they had to clean checkout rooms first, as if we hadn't paid for our stay. There was no one at reception before 11am. On checkout day I spent 15-20 minutes looking for someone to hand over the keys and get clearance. The numbers I found at reception weren't answered. After about 20 minutes, someone finally picked up and told me to leave the key at reception and go. Who was supposed to explain that checkout process? The reception staff didn't seem polite either. For every request, they just said no, they didn't provide it or couldn't do it. A really bad experience for me.

The room was clean, with a nice view, and the hotel felt very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Good value for the price, highly recommended. I'd definitely come back.
