Patong Bay Residence

We stayed here for more than a month and felt really comfortable. Our sea view room was on the 7th floor of the main building, with two air conditioners, a nice bathroom, and a tiny entrance kitchen. Breakfast was nice, and there was plenty of parking for our bike. I ordered a lot from lazada, and reception received everything without losing a thing. I'd stay here again if I come to patong. Breakfast had a good spread, including vegetarian choices, some Indian dishes, and a live counter. The food and dining experience were good, though they weren't flexible with custom requests. Even a simple request for hot water was declined, with staff saying it had to be purchased or served in glasses. The rooms were clean and maintained well, with spacious spotless bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a useful kitchenette. The spa was highly professional. We went on Christmas Day, and even with the crowd things ran smoothly. Ms. Peemai gave a skilled, very professional massage. At the front desk, Ms. Risa was extremely rude to many guests and unprofessional; a few people raised concerns with the hotel manager. Ms. Joy, on the other hand, was very polite and helpful. Overall, Patong Bay Hotel was a great stay.

The internet was the one thing we weren't happy with, since only two devices could connect. Everything else made for a great stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, the restaurant service was perfect, and the location is close to shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and everything else you need. The beach is a ten minute walk away. The staff were so friendly, especially Mirko Servidei, the F&B manager. He was a big help with my birthday event, and everything went perfectly. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much, Mirko. I highly recommend Patong bay residence.

At checkout the staff said a towel was missing and refused to return my full 2000 THB security deposit. We had been out on a tour during the day, while housekeeping had access to the room, so if anything went missing, it could have happened then. Still, they blamed us without proof. After talking with other Indian tourists staying there, I heard several describe similar checkout issues involving missing towels or room items. It made this feel like a pattern of cheating guests, and I warn other travelers, especially Indian tourists, to be careful before booking.
