Mind was so friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. That made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the facilities and welcoming atmosphere were excellent. I’d definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

The property was so peaceful and quiet, just right for a relaxing break. They also lend snorkeling and kayak equipment for free, first come, first served, which was a great bonus. We spent over five days here and had an amazing time. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the food was good throughout. There’s a lovely breakfast buffet with a great spread, and I had a truly amazing deep tissue sports massage at the spa. I’d definitely recommend The Naka Phuket for a calm, comfortable getaway.

The villas are modern and spacious, and the private pool was one of the main reasons we booked. The resort is beautiful and feels secluded. Although the beach technically isn’t private, it seems to be used mostly by hotel guests. The rocky bottom makes it less suitable for swimming. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, in keeping with the Marriott standard. We gave it four stars because of some maintenance and operational problems. Parts of our villa were showing wear, including around the pool, and there were ceiling leaks. One night the AC stopped working, so we had to call maintenance at 3am. Getting around by buggy was the biggest frustration. With a property this large, transport matters, but the system often didn’t run smoothly. We’d request a buggy in the app and there seemed to be communication gaps between chat staff and drivers. Once, after requesting a ride from the beach to our room, we waited over 10 minutes and then learned the driver was at a different pickup spot near the restaurant. That made moving around more inconvenient than it should’ve been. Still a very good stay, with beautiful villas and strong service, but the upkeep and operational details kept it from feeling like a five-star experience.

The rooms were clean, well organized, and beautifully looked after. Each one had a lovely welcome package waiting, which was a nice touch. The reception team made a great first impression, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The rest of the staff were just as kind and attentive, and kept things comfortable throughout my stay. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend the hotel, and be happy to return.
