Cape Nidhra Hotel

The little details from the staff made our two nights in a sky pool suite at Cape Nidhra Hua Hin feel especially welcoming. The cart drivers stopped and greeted us in the alleyway, waiting for guests to pass, and the car park security team helped with directions when we left. At night, they even guided us back with a torch. A birthday cake and fruit plate, plus complimentary late check-out, were thoughtful touches. Everyone was warm and spoke excellent English. The beachfront location was hard to beat: near the shopping mall and within walking distance of the night market, yet away from the noise. The room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely private pool. It was made up more than once a day, and breakfast was lovely. A few things could be better. The minibar had no milk, so we used powdered creamer with the capsule coffee machine. Turndown service just meant pulling down the duvet, without much to make bedtime feel relaxing. A scented candle in the bathroom would be nice, and the beach bag felt sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. We still had a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The private entrance to the beach and the beautifully arranged area facing the water gave the hotel a very special feel. Everything was serene and beautifully laid out, and we loved every moment of what was a magnificent stay for us. A separate huge thank you to SUB, who made us feel welcome, relaxed and at home every day. He's doing an amazing job. His manner is so friendly, kind, hospitable and light. Christian and the Cape Nidhra management, please take good care of your people. They do an outstanding job of making the hotel feel special.

I felt comfortable and safe throughout my week at Cape Nidhra Hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, always there whenever I called. My private pool room was wonderful, spacious and spotless, and they cleaned it twice a day. The rooms are well soundproofed, so I slept deeply and peacefully. Breakfast had a good variety, and everything was clean and nicely presented.

The food was delicious: the steak was cooked just right, the pasta rich and flavorful, and the burrata really fresh. It was a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were great too. A shout-out to P’Bua, P’Phimol, P’Ked, and P’Tae, thank you for your service naka. I'll definitely be back.
