The price was very good. The villa had a big terrace with plenty of room to eat or sit outside when the sun got too strong. It's also near the beach, bus terminal, minimarket and cash machine.

We really liked staying here. The house was clean and had new air conditioning that kept the whole place cool. There was an electric stove and grill in the kitchen, and the market and 7-11 were nearby. A good fit for family or group trips.

The staff were attentive and polite, and I was very impressed with the place. It was clean and attractive, with a soft bed, comfy sofa, cool AC and strong water pressure. During my stay, the toilet in the living room bathroom didn't get wet, though luckily I didn't need to use it much. The kitchen had an electric stove, fridge, BBQ grill, toaster, and tea and coffee facilities. The pool is deep enough for someone under 150cm to have their head underwater. A few practical notes: the grill takes a while if you want food really crispy, so it may feel slow when you're hungry. There's just one small fan in the living room, so for a cooler space you can run the AC with the bedroom door open. An evening market is across from the accommodation for groceries. In the daytime, drive north for under five minutes and you'll find a Lotus store. The deposit is 2000 baht and is returned at checkout as long as nothing is broken. For website bookings, they contact you after you book and require 50% upfront. The rest is transferred on arrival or handed to staff. The owner is outside Thailand, and the listed phone number may not connect or get answered. Most communication is through Line. On your stay date, they'll send a staff member's number so you can call and have them come open the house.
