We came back late one night to find the main door locked, with no staff available for an emergency. We waited outside for 4-5 hours until another guest arrived and let us in. The next morning at 10:45 AM, staff banged aggressively on our door and demanded we leave. The air conditioning hadn't worked, and they already knew about the problem before we moved in. When we told them, they asked us to vacate the room. Their customer service needs work. I suggest avoiding this place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool was easy to get to and well kept. We had a ground-floor room and could just walk out for a swim whenever we wanted. There's also a washer on site for laundry. The rooms were alright for a week, but the area is more industrial and getting around is difficult unless you rent a bike or use Grab. I'd stay again, but only with my own transport.

After our international flight from Japan, we stayed for just one night. The bed was huge and soft, the shower was great, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Being so close to the bus terminal worked perfectly for us. The pool looked pretty and seemed well maintained, and we really appreciated the staff coming in early for our early checkout.

We were exhausted when we arrived, so I forgot to take photos then. These are from the end of our seven-day stay. The room we'd booked wasn't available, and they moved us to a family room in another building as an “upgrade.” It was more spacious, almost like a studio. The location was fine, outside Old town, about 6-8 minutes by motorbike into town, but being beside the road made it noisy for light sleepers. The room was okay, though parts of the building we stayed in were run-down and moldy. The rooms with green walls seemed to be under renovation. We had a bathtub instead of a regular shower, but the shower setup felt about ten years out of date. The staff didn't speak English, so check-in took a while because we'd booked through Agoda. Google Translate helped us communicate. They also seemed to avoid us. We weren't asking for much, but we had to buy our own coffee and water and take out our own trash because those services weren't provided. I'd only suggest it if you're looking for a budget stay, need a night near Terminal 2 to catch a bus, or booked late in high season and had few other choices.
