Stay Wellbeing in Phuket is set up for people who want to slow down, disconnect, and focus on fitness, recovery, and health. If your main plans are nightlife or shopping, there are better fits elsewhere on the island. But for a wellness-focused trip, it brings an unusual amount together in one place, and if you care about fitness and well-being, it feels like a dream. The gym takes up three floors and has almost every machine you can think of. There are yoga and HIIT classes, Muay Thai training, and daily sports activities, along with sports massages, an onsen, saunas, hammam, cold baths, and recovery spaces. The food follows the same approach, with thoughtfully made meals for active guests, including quality protein, balanced dishes, vegetarian choices, and clean nutrition rather than indulgent junk food. The property is peaceful, with several beautiful pools and comfortable, well-designed rooms, in a quieter part of Phuket. It works for solo guests, couples, friends, and families who want sport and recovery, with everything conveniently on-site. By March 2026, this will be my fifth family visit, which says a lot since I’m not usually a loyal hotel guest. I really admire what Stay Wellbeing has created. I can easily imagine spending a couple of months there each year after I retire. See you soon, and Stay Well!

We had a wonderful retreat at Stay Wellbeing n Lifestyle Resort in Rawai. Our two-bedroom suite was beautiful and clean, and the three-floor gym was fantastic. I also went to Le Spa at the resort for a recovery spa and Swedish massage, Asian Blend. Vivian was attentive and precise with the strokes, working out the stiffness in my shoulders and neck. I highly recommend the massage and spa recovery.

I booked a birthday treat for myself at LeSpa by Stay inside STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort in Phuket, and it exceeded what I’d imagined. Everything felt peaceful and luxurious from the moment I arrived, and the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Ming did my treatment and massage so beautifully. She was gentle, professional, attentive, and lovely, with care in every detail. The coffee scrub left my skin incredibly soft, smooth, and refreshed, and the massage pressure was just right. Afterwards, the green tea was a lovely calming touch. I left feeling light, glowing, refreshed, and completely stress-free. One of my best spa experiences in Phuket, and such a good way to celebrate my birthday. If you want to unwind and feel pampered, this place is well worth a visit. I can’t wait to return.

I came back today for a foot massage after trying the special coffee scrub package, which I’d never experienced before. The first massage was incredible, thank you, Vivian, you were amazing. I initially asked for Vivian again, but she had the day off, so Ms. Aoy looked after me instead. I’m short of words, it was amazing too. The staff are highly skilled and professional, and I truly enjoyed the massage. Thank you.
