There were a lot of insects on the ground floor, though not as many in winter. Parking is convenient, and the furniture wasn’t as old-fashioned as in other dorms nearby. Electricity is 6 lbs and water is 26 lbs. I found the deductions excessive, and the deposit transfer was delayed. They charged me for the room three days after I moved out, which was confusing.
