Satun Dive Resort

We were lucky enough to see Mr. Whale shark at 8 miles rock. What an incredible experience! We came for fun dives, and the receptionist was super friendly and went through the diving package details with my friends and me. Our divemaster, Fabio, looked after our safety really well and was very responsible. I felt safe diving with him. We’ll definitely come back, and I recommend this dive shop to everyone.

We stayed onsite and got a good discount on scuba diving. The dives were varied and interesting, and the instructors knew their wildlife and dive sites well. The dive leaders planned each dive thoroughly, too. One of us did a PADI refresher here, and it was taught really well. It helped someone who hadn’t dived in a while get back up to scratch with the essentials. Great place to dive!

It felt like a day out with friends, not a tour. The resort has a relaxed local feel, without being crowded or overly commercial, and everyone was helpful and down to earth. I had an awesome time diving with Satun Dive Resort. The instructors were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They clearly know their stuff and love what they do. Before we went in, they explained everything clearly and the gear was in good shape. Our instructor made sure everyone felt comfortable, whatever their experience level. Underwater, they stayed calm and kept an eye on us while giving us room to enjoy the dive. They also pointed out lots of marine life I might have missed. If you’re nearby and thinking of diving, check this place out. I’ll be back.

I did a refresher dive and two more dives. The boat is small, so you go out in a small group. The staff were very helpful, patient, and had a great understanding of things. Only downside was that some of the gear looked a bit worn. Double-check your kit and you’ll have an awesome experience. The diving was very nice.
