The night shift staff member was especially rude. We asked about the room our colleague had booked for us, then called them to confirm which room it was. Even after we relayed the answer, the staff member kept speaking rudely and making faces at us. People working in service should be more polite. We're paying guests, not staying for free.

The bathroom smelled like sewage. Inside, the room was clean but dim, and towels were provided, though there were no blankets. The temporary rate was 320 baht for 3 hours without a bathtub, or 340 baht with one.

The room looked nice and clean, but I didn't stay. I only wanted to look at it before making a decision, and the two older female staff members responded with faces and rude, sarcastic remarks. It was extremely unpleasant.
