Midtown Sukhothai Resort

The staff made this stay. They were so friendly and helpful, and the standard service includes arranging tuk-tuks to the historic park or bus terminal for reasonable fixed prices. On our last day the hotel car was available, so the manager drove us to the bus stop himself and spoke with the ticket seller for us. It made leaving really easy and stress-free. There are several washing machines and a dryer on site. Breakfast changes by day, either a buffet or set menu, and both were good. The room was large and very clean, though basic. We were on the third floor, and there’s no elevator, so it’s two flights of stairs. A hair dryer was provided. Bedside lights and lace curtains would be welcome additions. It’s on a quiet residential street, about 350 meters from the main street. Good value, with useful facilities and excellent service.

There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby, and the resort is well located. The staff can arrange tuk-tuks to the local bus station or Sukhothai Historical Park. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and the pool area was nice with towels provided. The air conditioning worked great. They also offer laundry, including the option to do it yourself, plus daily water and toiletries. Would recommend.

The staff were wonderful. We happened to run into one while we were out, and they gave us a ride back to the hotel. Thanks! The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and snacks are available around the clock, along with free water. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the pool was a refreshing place to cool off. The hotel is also a convenient distance from the main street. What really stood out was the service. With the roads flooded, staff picked us up and took us wherever we needed to go at no extra cost. They helped book our bus to Chiang Mai, arranged a visit to Sukhothai Historical Park, 12 km away, and told us where to rent a bicycle for 30 Baht for the day. They also gave us laundry and restaurant recommendations. My friend and I were there for a couple of nights, and the staff made it an excellent stay.
