Best Western Palm Galleria Resort

So cozy and relaxing. I’d come to this hotel again! The staff were kind, everything was super clean, and the simple rooms were comfortable. Nice pool, comfy beds, and just 5min to the beach. Breakfast was excellent, with a bountiful variety every day and an egg station. You can borrow their bikes, the spa is really nice, and there are a number of restaurants close by! Joseph

Breakfast had a great variety, and I liked seeing the restaurant manager there, actively checking on the team. Special thanks to Restaurant Manager ,staff -Light and Ban Ban for taking such good care of us over breakfast. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming too, though I didn’t catch their names. My friend and I had a lovely, calm stay at this peaceful resort. There were enough activities to keep us entertained, so we never felt bored. One small suggestion: Happy Hour starts quite early at 2:00 PM, and it might be better a bit later. I’d definitely like to come back with my friends and stay longer next time.

We really enjoyed the area around Khao Lak. It’s calm and green, and Coconut beach was the best in this area. I don’t think many people from Kazakhstan choose Khao Lak, but it was perfect for a peaceful family holiday. Choosing this hotel, its location, and style was exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation in Thailand. Every day we came back to a clean, comfortable room, even after the mess our three kids had made.

We extended our stay two times and enjoyed every day. The garden is incredibly diverse and beautiful to walk through, and the pool was nice. Breakfast had different choices, and the massage was amazing and relaxing. It’s a lovely escape from busier areas. Renting a motorbike makes it easier to get around, though the resort’s bicycles are an option too. The rooms were clean and light. In our bottom floor room there was a funny smell from the water closet, but we poured water in it daily. Maybe it dries out quickly.
