The room had a balcony where I could have coffee in the morning, and the atmosphere was especially calm then. It’s close to the beach and other amenities, with a restaurant downstairs. The beds were comfy and the lighting was good. It was great value, and I’d recommend it. Traveling around thailand, mosquitoes had been my biggest annoyance, but I don’t know why they were almost absent here in Khaolak. The place was super clean and mosquito-free ☺️. In the room there was a kettle, bottled water in the fridge, a hair dryer, workspace, dining table, clothes hanger, air conditioner, fan, safe, wifi, and TV. Nothing really bothered me. Just note that check-in happens through the restaurant and a small door into the building.

The rooms were the standout for me: spotless and put together with a level of care I rarely see outside 5-star hotels. The furniture was level, the bathroom had tiled walls and neat grouting rather than concrete, and sealed windows had sliding screens to keep insects out. There was both an electric fan and AC. The hotel sits in a leafy courtyard, so it feels like a garden. It’s right on the main drag in Bang Niang, just steps from the night market, with dozens of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a short ride to the beach. The restaurant is excellent too. Don’t miss the mookata.

The restaurant was really good, and prices felt very fair compared with nearby places. I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The room, cleanliness, location, and staff were all great. I’d definitely recommend it.

This little guesthouse is right by the market, and it has a restaurant with delicious German and Thai food. The rooms were super clean, especially for such a great price!
