There are snacks and drinks for sale at reception, and breakfast is nice. I love the cozy room and its facilities: a microwave, plates and utensils, washing sink, safe box, and clothes hangers. The bedroom is separated with convenient sliding doors.

The studio room works well for everyone, especially on a long business trip. It has a clothes line, dishes, microwave, electric kettle and sofa bed, and there's laundry service. Breakfast is the best, with tasty Vietnamese noodle and other buffet food. The staff are so lovely.

The room was small but really clean, including the bathroom. The bedroom sits behind a glassdoor, which helps absorb sound and makes for a quiet night. Breakfast was very good and rich. Staff speak little but sufficient english and were always helpful. You can easily see the effort put into the details. Fresh and stylish hotel, definitely recommend 5/5.

The friendly staff and value for money earned the 5 stars. I booked 3 nights at first, then added 6 more. The place was very inexpensive, and its pros and cons make sense for the price. I slept comfortably on a bed that wasn't the usual super firm mattress for this range, though the pillows were too thick. Some people might not like the location, but metered taxis put you only a few dollars from the action. There are plenty of places serving genuine Thai food where Thai people like to eat within a 10 minute walk. A slightly odd extra sliding door does a great job blocking corridor noise. I also liked the kitchenette, small dining table, and little balcony with a drying rack. Breakfast is included, with a limited range that's mostly Asian style. Every morning I enjoyed fruit juice, a different type each day, fresh fruit, and fried eggs on toast. The 4 floors have no elevator, but I don't have mobility issues and stayed on the first floor, one level above ground floor, so it wasn't a problem for me. It was one flight of stairs to bed, just like home. There were the usual minor issues with low cost accommodation in Thailand, but nothing that really bothered me. The owner just needs to employ a good handyman. There are hundreds of satellite TV channels but none in English. Then again, who goes to Thailand to sit in the room watching TV? Once you buy a suitable pillow from Tesco for less than 200 baht, it's fantastic value. Will stay here again.
