The owner was really helpful, and the room was spacious with cool air conditioning. There’s also a pool. I wasn’t sure the blankets were washed regularly because they smelled like someone else, and the towels felt a bit stiff. Early in the morning, pigeons on the metal roof made enough noise to wake me up.

They took great care of us, and when something broke, it was fixed as soon as we let them know. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the prices were affordable. There’s a pool too. I was really impressed.

The main reason I stayed here several times was its location near Wat Tha Sung, but lately booking has become a real problem. They take a reservation, then say there’s no room when the date gets close. They don’t keep their word, and it feels like they don’t care about customers. The entrance is in bad shape, tissues are no longer provided, and shampoo and soap have gone from dispensers to little sachets. The spring mattress is so hard it hurts my back, and I’d give the cleanliness only a 3. If they can’t honor a promise, they shouldn’t make it. Keeping your word matters in service. If you’re worried about booking through an online travel agency because of the fees, or think they might scold you and turn you away at the door, that’s a mistake. The only thing going for the accommodation is that it’s not far from the temple.

The owners were friendly and gave great service, and the place felt like good value. There are affordable daily and monthly rates, plus clean, private rooms, secure parking, and a safe. Guests can use the pool, including children, and there’s also a newly opened snooker table for anyone who enjoys the sport.
