The room was spacious, and when the aircon stopped working, they fixed it quickly. That was the one clear plus. The sheets were stained, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the location across from the highway was noisy. For one night between arriving in or leaving Phuket, it works as a budget hotel.

The rooms were very clean and nice, and the staff impressed me with how friendly and helpful they were. Central Residences has been a favorite of mine since my first Phuket visit because getting to Central Phuket is so convenient. It’s the biggest shopping mall, with luxury brands and lots of food options, and sightseeing around the city was easy too. I had a pleasant stay!

For a month stay, they’ll negotiate the price down, including electric and water. I spent two months here while waiting for my rental contract to start and got to know the staff. They gave me a LINE contact for the owner/manager, who helped with English translation. The staff often went beyond what they had to do, helping with lazada deliveries, TM30 forms, and questions about the area. Walking to BigC, makro, and central mall was very convenient. The rooms were basic, with good aircon. Wi-Fi was okay, though not great. There’s no elevator, and the small garage has about 10 spaces, so it’s often full and too small for a ranger pickup.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from Phuket’s biggest shopping mall. My room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a good stay. I’d recommend it to everyone.
