At $10 a night, this is probably Dili's best hostel. The location is handy, behind Castaway, where there's live music every Sunday, and close to the beach, a good Mexican restaurant, a supermarket, and Agora. Microlet #9 goes past the entrance and can get you near Timor Plaza for 25 cents. Inside, the common area has a huge TV and comfy bean bag chairs, plus a nice kitchen with a refrigerator. The rooms are very clean, the a/c is strong, the hot shower has good pressure, and the wifi is very fast for Dili. Staff are kind, and the other guests were interesting. The pool water looked pretty dirty, so I wouldn't stay for that, but otherwise it's perfect.

The beds were comfortable, and I slept really well, waking up feeling great. It's a cheaper option than the others and better located, so it seems like a good choice among the hostels nearby. Still, the place is dirty. I know, it's a hostel, but there was no hot shower at all. Dili is hot and dusty, and a hot shower really matters here. Without one, the layers of street dirt don't come off your face.

I spent a week and a half in one of the bungalows. The room was great and the aircon worked well, though the kitchen was basic. The location was excellent, with a beautiful restaurant right next door where I ate most nights. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about local attractions.

I contacted them and was told it's no longer a hostel. The price is now $35 for a single room.

A good stay in a great spot. It's very clean and feels more like a divers den than a hostel. The staff were friendly, though they didn't know much about local sights, activities, or where to go, which was disappointing. They really need to improve that if they want to develop the industry. There's a good supermarket next door, public transport in every direction, decent wifi, and tasty food upstairs.
