Al Jazira Beach

Really liked the room and the cinema. The cleaner ladies did a perfect job, too. Food was amazing, and there was plenty to eat. The showers in the rooms could use some attention, though. Love ❤️

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beach was perfect, and the food had both plenty of choice and excellent quality. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the National Day celebration added something special to the stay. For a 3-star place, it feels underrated and deserves 4 stars. I’d happily return and recommend it. The animation team was good, though I’d have liked more engaging activities. The night show also included mimicry related to LGPT that didn’t seem like a good fit for a mostly family audience with children.

The restaurant food was really tasty, and the animation on our last day was great. Reception staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very nice experience!

The hotel's cleanliness really stood out. Staff were constantly cleaning, and everyone was friendly and greeted us with a smile. It's right beside a beautiful, clean beach, where we saw a family of camels and some gorgeous, very well-groomed horses. There’s also a pool and lots of activities for children and adults. I had a really nice stay, and the warm service and cleanliness made a lot to appreciate. A few things kept it from being perfect. All-inclusive was poor for non-drinkers: basically water, cola, artificial juice, coffee, or water with syrup from a dispenser, even though there are lots of non-alcoholic drinks they could offer. Beach towels were another frustration. I needed one for a day but was told I had to pay for two for the whole stay, with no other option. Buying one at a shop outside the hotel would have been cheaper. The food had plenty of variety, but the quality was all over the place. Much of it was bland or bad, including the Tunisian dishes, and the pasta was some of the worst I've had. All the cakes tasted alike, and some chicken was undercooked.
