Hotel Venice Beach - Families and Couples Only

The food was the main drawback for me. It was often under-seasoned and sometimes didn't seem very fresh, although there was always something to eat at each meal. I also thought the beach closing at 6 PM and the pool at 7 PM was a bit early. The staff were lovely, always smiling and helpful, and the animation team kept people entertained with activities and games, especially the children. Our room was clean, with towels and bed linen changed daily, and the beach was very close. I had a very good stay, thanks to the location, staff, and entertainment. Improve the food and it would be close to perfect.

The all-inclusive drinks deal was very poor, with hardly any spirits to choose from unless you paid extra, and even the paid ones weren't great quality. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, our room was cleaned every day, and we got fresh sheets and towels. There was plenty of good food to choose from.

I went in with low expectations after reading the reviews, but the stay turned out much better than I expected. The staff were very friendly, especially with the kids, and the hotel felt clean and cozy. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day, and the pool was great. The beach was a five-minute walk away. The sea was warm and usually clear, and I was happy with the food too. I really have nothing to complain about and recommend the hotel.

We spent three nights here and most days out exploring Djerba. The hotel is centrally located, so it's a great base for seeing the island. There isn't a huge range of food or amenities, but everything was clean and there was something for everyone. For a 3-star place, the comfort and cleanliness were a pleasant surprise, and it felt like very good value for money. The staff and management stood out for being friendly and always ready to help. I'd recommend it. One suggestion: ban smoking near the restaurant and reception, including outside.
