Yacine with the dreadlocks made sure we were included in everything. He played volleyball with us, stayed around, and never let us feel left out or uncomfortable. A big thank you to him for helping make memories we'll keep for a lifetime. The animators were well organized, too. It was my first visit and such an exciting experience, with activities for all ages and a really lovely atmosphere. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean, our rooms were tidy, and there was fresh food every day. A truly wonderful stay. 🫶🏼

The beach itself is nice, but camels and horses keep crossing it and leaving droppings everywhere. The food was awful: raw meat and fish, fries that weren't cooked through, bland pasta, and pizza that came out either raw or burnt and bitter. The juices were flat, and the staff weren't friendly and barely spoke English. The room's air conditioner leaked. On the first day I also reported that only hot water came from the tap. They said they'd fix it, but nothing happened until the last day. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. A complete disaster.

The pool was spacious and a lovely place to relax each day, especially with the great weather we had. The beach was excellent for long walks, with clear blue water and a natural look. Some cleaning would help near the low dunes, and there were camels and horses waiting to take tourists for rides, which were offered quite insistently. Salespeople also tried to sell tours and photos around the pool, sometimes ambushing guests as they walked by. Their aggressive approach was unpleasant, and it bothered me more at the hotel, which feels like your home during the stay, than on the beach. We stayed 7 nights in the second week of March, and the weather was amazing. The coach transfer from the Airport was very well organized. The hotel was pleasant and clean, and the rooms were okay, though you can always find small details to criticize. I keep coming back to the value: we paid 2* money for the holiday package, so I wasn't expecting a 5* holiday. We traveled in March, and I think a high-season trip could have led to a very different review. Reception dealt with issues quickly and were helpful with my questions. I'd booked a Double room, but it had two single beds pushed together. After I asked, they prepared a Double bed for me the next morning. Apparently you need to specifically request a Double BED when booking. The room had a nice layout and a Balcony, but the mattress, pillows, and bed linen were much too firm for me. That matters a lot in a hotel, and I think it needs improving to raise the standard. The All Inclusive buffet was tasty, with a different selection each day, plenty of desserts, and Ice Cream in the coolers opposite the coffee machines. The Buffet Restaurant staff were friendly and did a great job. For what we paid, I have no complaints about the buffet or service, though the beef was a bit tough at times. It was very good value. There was a huge indoor bar for evening entertainment, with Bingo, dancing, cocktails, and more. We had a relaxing holiday overall, apart from the salespeople.

The buildings feel old and the rooms need serious rebuilding. Food quality was poor, and there are far too many things that need improvement. This place is nowhere near 5 stars. Better choose another hotel.
