Anemon Grand Adana Otel

The rooms are modern, and the facilities feel really new. The location is excellent, very close to the city center.

For such a high price, I expected an invoice, but they never provided one. We asked the staff twice to prepare it, and they didn't. They promised to email it, but nothing came, and they don't reply to emails. That's not the quality of service you expect at this price.

It's extremely noisy outside. We heard dogs barking and cars honking all night, and cigarette smoke was noticeable in our room even though the booking said no smoking. The bathroom felt filthy, the flimsy slippers were useless, and the fridge couldn't keep anything cold. There were only two pillows for the bed, two for each person 😐. The place felt nearly deserted, like a ghost town, which seemed like a bad sign. The room looked nothing like the booking photo, which must have been old. It had a really small TV, a dirty floor, and no carpet. Only the heat worked. The hotel said they wouldn't turn on the air conditioner, which I think was a lie, and I suspect it was broken. The bathroom light was so dim that ladies planning to do their makeup won't be able to see much. It's listed as “5 stars,” but that's a joke. I regret staying here so badly. 😩 Save your money and pay a little extra for somewhere like Divan hotel. My reservation was non-refundable, and now I know why.

The rooms were dirty, the bed was terrible, and neither the air conditioning nor the heat worked. The windows looked like they hadn't been washed in years. There aren't any real amenities, and both the staff and management seemed lazy. It tries to present itself as a nicer hotel than it is, but the place was mostly empty and felt shady, like the sort of place a mafia member might stay. Staff were cold and unhelpful, and it didn't feel family friendly at all. Foreigners should be careful about possible price scams. There are better hotels in Adana. This one should be shut down, and there's no reason to stay here.
