**Review of Anahtar Apart** The room was filthy, with cockroaches, and it wasn’t cleaned until the third day of our stay. The staff were rude and unprofessional, especially the hostile, unhelpful receptionist, who made us feel unwelcome from the start. Kitchen staff were inadequate, and the service was poor. The place seemed to have no idea how to treat customers. We also had to pay extra for basic things like AC and WiFi. The AC didn’t work after we paid, and they refused to give the money back. This was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. Anahtar Apart was a complete waste of money and time, and I’d strongly advise people not to stay there. It was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

This hotel was horrible. There’s no bar, despite what the pictures show, and the restaurant food was very poor with no choices. They served whatever they decided, and everyone ate the same thing. The pool shuts at 6pm, which is disgraceful. An old lady rudely told us to leave because it was time to clean it. The building is dirty, mouldy, and falling apart. WiFi and air-conditioning cost extra. The hotel is full of cockroaches, including in the rooms and our suitcases. The shower walls are mouldy, and often there was no hot water. You have to ask for someone to clean the room, and even after cleaning the mirror, sink, counter, and toilet were still dirty. Rooms were left without hand soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. Most of the staff were rude, apart from one cleaner and two secretaries. Don’t believe the pictures or other reviews. I wouldn’t spend money here. DONT BOOK‼️

The pool was a real plus, though we were told swimming after 7pm wasn't allowed, and the place was quiet. Our two-room apartment was huge, with a kitchen, a good fridge, and a lovely view of the sea and park from room 603. We loved it. The kettle was broken, and we didn't try the cooker, since we ate breakfast there and had meals at the beach or nearby restaurants. There was no soap or washing-up liquid, so we bought a few things. During our six days, the room was cleaned once, and we had to ask for fresh towels. We expected that. Breakfast was simple and healthy, but the same continental options every day. Wi-Fi and air conditioning cost extra, though both worked well. The location suited us, close to shops, the beach, and restaurants, including the reggae one we'd recommend. The people and staff were nice. Just don't expect luxury.

The site was spotless, though it looked quite worn. Outside there was a pool around 10 by 5 metres, loungers in sun and shade, a covered dining area, and a bar I never saw open. The apartment had a small balcony facing north, shaded through the day, with views of the sea and mountains at sunrise and sunset. The nearby buildings can spoil the view, especially from a lower floor. Inside, the kitchen diner was spacious, with two couches that seemed to fold out into beds. The bedroom had two single beds pushed together, each with its own bedding, so the apartment could likely sleep six. Cooking was limited to a plug-in hot plate, but there was a good under-counter fridge. The bathroom was a wet room with the shower in an alcove. Air conditioning was an extra €5 a day. It worked well, cooling the bedroom with the door shut or the whole apartment with it open. It was listed as a hotel, but it felt more like self-catering apartments.
