The hotel itself was beautiful, and the shop inside made the stay feel especially welcoming, almost like visiting friends. Hüseyin Mert Yiilmaz and his father were incredibly kind. I felt at ease right away; they patiently answered my questions, helped me with everything, and paid attention to what would suit me best. I’m grateful for their support and kindness, and I’ll definitely come back.

The beach was nice, and I felt very safe there. Lifeguards were on duty until 18:00, with another security guard staying through the night. The hotel was clean and pleasant, with great food and plenty to choose from, plus lots of entertainment. Staff were friendly and quick to help. The animators were especially kind and helpful, and Johan and Darya were the best. I never felt ignored or disrespected, and any problems I had were sorted out quickly. I’d definitely come back.

The pool was clean and relaxing, and the hotel always had a cheerful, positive atmosphere. I had a really great time at Holiday Park Resort. There was delicious food with lots of choices each day, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. As a Guest Relations Agent, Muhammad, I really appreciate the teamwork and hospitality here. The cleaning service could be improved a little to keep everything fresh and spotless all the time. Even so, it was an amazing experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya.

The terrace was a lovely place to unwind in the evenings, with a beautiful view and cozy feel. We also enjoyed the lobby bar for a drink after dinner, and there was a great selection of tasty food every day in the restaurant. The reception team welcomed us warmly and made check-in quick and easy. Everything around the resort was clean and well maintained, with what we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. The staff clearly care about guests and work hard to keep things running smoothly. A special thank you to Muhammad from Guest Relations. His genuine kindness and great attitude, always helping with a smile, made us feel completely at home. He and the wonderful team made our few days at Holiday Park Resort in Alanya unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back soon.

A bigger food selection would make the stay even better, and I’d also love an expanded beach pool area. It would help to have more reception and guest relations agents available too, so check-ins and questions go more smoothly. Great experience overall, and I’m looking forward to seeing more improvements. Keep up the good work.
