The noise made it hard to sleep after our very late arrival. We got into bed around 1 AM, then heard someone knocking at another room as if it were our door. Sound carries through the thin walls, and the gap under the hallway door lets everything in. The room itself was dirty. There were yellow marks across the sheets, grime on the shower that came off when I wiped it with a spare hand towel, and something caked onto the bathroom mirror. We also had no toilet paper, though luckily we bring a couple of rolls when we travel. At arrival, nobody was at reception and it took a few minutes for anyone to come down. One of the women appeared in grey pajama shorts and put a blazer on over them. Maybe they had been asleep, I really don't know, but it didn't feel professional. We should have checked recent reviews instead of relying on the Google rating. The good reviews are old. The photos are misleading, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were a highlight. Everyone was friendly and quick to sort out anything we asked for. Breakfast came out fast and was filling, with a different daily special. The rooms were really spacious and clean. You're close to the beach but away from its crowds and noise, with another lovely beach about 100m away. The pool might keep kids occupied for a while, too. Definitely recommend this hotel in Alanya.

The rooms were new and clean, better than I expected, and the price felt fair. We liked breakfast, too. Staff, especially the gentleman at reception who looked after us, were helpful and quick to find solutions when little issues came up. We'd originally booked somewhere on the beach, but when we arrived it was under construction and they arranged for us to stay here instead. That worked out fine, with the beach just a two-minute walk away and the sea about one or two minutes away. Dinner was the one letdown. Meals usually cost extra, but dinner was included for us. It was cold and we couldn't really eat it, though we tried to get something in our stomachs. We stayed two nights.
